“About 8 years ago, I had a need of an appliance and sought suggestions from co-workers. One recommended Famous Tate and they were right! The workers were helpful as I tried to figure out how to get the appliance. Now, Famous Tate is my go-to for new appliances, and the place I direct others in need. It got even better when they added free local delivery. Last week, when my dryer died, I immediately went on Famous Tate's website, researched a few choices, ordered, and set it for delivery. Within a few hours, I received a call to verify my order and to let me know I would receive a phone call the next day about delivery. Sure enough, I not only received the phone call, but an email, and a text message, as well. The delivery driver contacted me to let me know they found a dent on the side and asked if that was alright. I said it was, and he said they would be refunding me 10% of the price due to the dent. The delivery came within the window given and was smooth. They were understanding that the path I thought would work was not big enough, and were patient while I quickly cleared the way. The delivery man ensured I was okay with the dent and again stated I would receive 10% off for it. Before he left, he went through a checklist to ensure it was installed and worked. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any of your appliance needs!”

Offered to spray the inside as well since it has been a while. Being that I work from home, I truly appreciated the friendly ETA text message prior to arriving. It was to my surprise that global is going green so being able to visa pay my bill once the service concluded was extremely convenient and reasonably priced might I add. We put in a new sink and picked some awesome door and drawer handles. Todd and Bobby did an excellent job removing the old cabinets and installing the new ones. I would highly recommend them. “We moved to Florida in May 2020 and the home that we purchased was a "fixer upper!" This company is busy and you may have to wait a little while to have you project done. I first met with Neil last August as we needed both bathrooms completely redone. Neil came in and looked at the work that was needed. Instead of trying to upsell us on everything, he explained what would work for our needs and would save us money at the same time. He started in mid October and finished in about 4 weeks. Not his fault as I kept adding to the work needed. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we are proud to show them off. As of March 1, 2021, his team is installing new flooring in our entire home and will be doing a complete kitchen remodel. Again he helped us to get quality product that was not "over the top" in pricing. Looking forward to the finished home and in showing it off. Wendy and I thank you and your team.
