By real estate law he cannot talk to you, and he didn't. You had no conversations, no dealings with Larry. Your agent or maybe you and your wife set an astronomical price on a house that appraised way under that price. You should have had an appraisal from the beginning, something Larry insists on with his sellers. Larry did nothing for you - he sold your house. He sold your furniture to the buyer. Is there anything else he did for you? Oh yes when you had a package addressed to your old residence he went and got it and gave it to you. Mr. Chiaromonte you just don't want to accept the fact that you set the price, you did not find a buyer, you did not sell your furniture, you are pissed off and at the wrong person.”

“The one day I visited here was on 7/18/2023 when I went to visit my sister-in-law who was actually staying there for a week. It was a nice house and had everything you could imagine for a river home. Kayaks, inner tubes for tubing, and such clear water. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to go for a week or a few days, this is the place to go.”

“Fran is a godsend! My siblings and I live in NY and were trying to find a home for our father in Florida. Our dad does not know how to use technology so was very limited to staying on top of houses fresh to the market, or even in being able to view houses before deciding to tour of a home. “There are not enough words to explain how my husband and I felt with this place. We had spent all weekend trying to find a rental and dealing with awful front offices, no call backs etc. Then, enter Robin with Ariel Springs. She is a godsend! Right off the bat, I am pretty sure she was on her lunch break when we walked in and she stopped and took care of us like it was nothing. She is so personable, kind and down to earth. She honestly made our tour feel like we were home already and we hadn't even applied yet. Robin gave us great insights to the complex, how the property is run and even all the amazing events they put on. She is even cooking items herself for a party at the complex. How many office staffs do you know that would do that?!? We have a little one and we were very cautious on villas and such but Robin has lived in these before with her own little one and to have that experience and knowledge was honestly amazing. She answered every question with such ease. She did not rush us out the door, she was with us every step. Tabitha as well in the main office was very kind and fun to talk to as well. On our way out she was able to connect with my very reserved husband on a whole new level in conversation which honestly just made it icing on the cake for our experience. If you ever you get the chance to look at these rentals, you are in great hands. The front office staff really care about what they do and Robin truly went above and beyond. Such a wonderful experience!”

“The house is absolutely amazing. Brian has provided everything you could possibly need. 4 kayaks!!! We had a blast. Drive to Clearwater beach. It’s about a hour drive but the view along the way keeps you very entertained. We had dinner at the Silver Dolphin like recommend, definitely a MUST go. Sit outside by the canal and feed the fish and turtles while you wait for the food! If you plan on fishing, live shrimp or cut mullet was what we had the best luck with. Cast right out in front of the dock across the canal for an instant bite! We will be back ASAP!! It is a very quite and calm neighborhood so make sure to be respectful to everyone else living there.
