I wanted to review several policies that were up for renewal.
I have been dealing with East Bay Insurance for over 25 years. Always found the best insurance products with Elizabeth as well as the very best customer service and premiums.
Everyone that I have recommended to EBI has been very pleased as well.
The most important factor that I need in an insurance agent is knowing that when I need to make a claim that the agent will follow through to completion and a satisfactory resolution. This Elizabeth has done for me.
I am completely satisfied with Elizabeth and East Bay Insurance and highly recommend that agency.

East Bay insurance continues to deliver on fast and focused customer services via quick response time and availability. Prior to every policy renewal, it’s guaranteed that Elizabeth, Susan, Ari, or one of the staff would call or email a month before, providing information on best available comparisons rates and fully explaining coverages and various options. With my busy schedule, being able to count on them has been more than a blessing.
