I had been looking for a car mechanic in the area and found several promising options, but I decided to try Christian Brothers. A few days ago I made an appointment to have a maintenance inspection performed on my car, as outlined in my owner's manual. When I showed up at the appointed time, they wrote up my car and had me home within 30 minutes thanks to their free ride service. Then they kept me informed as the work progressed, sending me status updates and pictures via text messages. The work was done when promised, and they provided another free ride to pick up the car. I felt I was charged a fair price and got a AAA discount.

As a new customer this was a bit of a trial to see how I would be treated. This job was a wide open opportunity to upsell me on additional services, but they didn't try anything like that. I felt they were fair and honest. When I need auto service in the future, I will be inclined to return to Christian Brothers.

We called them to have our car towed there after it broke down. They were so kind, professional and accommodating. They kept us informed every step of the way and went over the issues of everything and were honest about the cost to fix the car. We will definitely use them from now on for all our auto care needs!

They are always professional. They stated they were running behind, however from my appointment time to finish was only 40 minutes, which seemed to be reasonable for an oil change. I always appreciate their courtesy as well.

They went over and beyond to help me when I got a flat tire. They made sure to fix my tire the right way with a patch not a plug. They checked my spare to make sure I put it on tight enough. They fixed my tire over night even though they were crazy busy with other clients. I was able to get my tire the next morning and not only did they put it on my truck but they put my spare tire away and all the parts into the back of my truck. They made sure to make sure I was taken cared of and truly made me feel that way! I highly recommend them!
