5th Gear Fitness

Gretchen is my trainer, I've always wanted to know how to climb a rope, and in 4 weeks that dream came true. She cared about my goal more than I did. She showed me how to properly fuel my body so with each session I felt stronger and healthier. She showed me what my body was truly capable of. The team there are more than just people who own a gym and love fitness and healthy life styles, they are my family from another valley 🥰

My wife and I have been members of this gym for over 3 years now and there has never been a disappointment. This is more then a cookie cutter gym! The entire staff is professional, knowledgable, and sincerely invested in the gym members' health...like a family! Regardless of your current fitness level, I highly recommend 5th Gear.

Would rate 5 stars if they provided money back. Solid gym that personalizes. But still this life nowadays is so complicated and full of unpredictable circumstances .. can't help but feel this lack of compassion maybe should add to lack of future trust . Otherwise great 👍

I've been a member of this gym for a few years (ever since they first opened) and recommend it ! I love the group fitness classes but they also have personal training if that's your thing. The staff and members are what make me continue to come back. Support small businesses and give it a try!

My daughter attended yoga and Pilates classes here a few years back. Very nice, professional people. I really hope they make it through this pandemic mayhem and come back stronger than ever!
