“We had Ed from Ace Pest Control over because we heard “sounds” in the attic and assumed mice. He immediately diagnosed “bats” based on excrement. He gave us a detailed remediation plan and kept us informed every step of the way. Ten days later, no bats! Everything is sealed up tightly now. Ed was professional, punctual and pleasant to deal with it. He texted us to check in and see how things were progressing with the exits of the bats (through a one way door).
