I will share that the foot reflexology is more of a foot massage and definitely NOT reflexology which was one of my main reasons for going, the foot massage was nice nonetheless. I do plan to return. 4/3/2022 I must share that I revisited Zen because I was already having such a overwhelming and sad day! I walked in as usual to an amazing serene environment already, I knew I was on the right path to an even better day. I went in for a custom full body massage, I cannot rave about Misty enough, knowledgeable and man, she just made my pain level go from a 9 to 1! “Just had the most relaxing facial with Nirene. I walked into a beautifully decorated spa area with relaxing music and a warm, welcoming environment. She educated me on what she was doing to my skin the entire service and made sure I was comfortable. I came in looking puffy and round as you can see in the first photo and I left looking a lot more contoured with smooth and glowing skin. Her massage was exquisite. I left her care feeling like a newborn baby! I will be back in four weeks 🥰.”

“Katie was awesome as always! I go every month to see her and she makes me feel very comfortable and soothing. Their membership is definitely worth it if you're looking to get regular massages. They offer hot stone massages, deep tissue massages, and Swedish relaxation massages as well as various other services including decompression, sports massage, and even prenatal. They offer 30 min, 1 hour, and hour and a half sessions. I highly recommend Katie. Very professional.”

“I moved to Brandon 3 years ago, and I was blessed to find Essentials shortly after moving. I have herniated discs in both my neck and low back. I have also given birth to three children in the past 5 years. Therapeutic massages from Essentials have been essential to maintaining my health. Most recently, Christopher was my massage therapist, and he is absolutely wonderful. He always listens to what my problem area is at the time, and I am able to walk out the door with more range of motion and less stress. My mother-in-law visits from New York and utilizes Essentials often for her hair. She always boasted about Kaitlyn, so I finally made an appointment for a cut and style. I must say that Kaitlyn brought my hair back to life. It is curling well again and so much healthier. Everyone at Essentials is always so kind and helpful whether calling in to set an appointment or checking out with Kelly and Candace. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon Essentials on Bloomingdale! Oh, and they are very affordable. Their slogan, “Affordable Luxury” is true through and through. It is a first class establishment. I was shocked when I walked in for the first time. It far exceeded my expectations.”

“This nail salon is a hidden little gem. My mother and I were seated immediately. I have never been to a salon before where they ask you "does that feel okay?", "is the temperature okay for you?", or "is it too hot for you?" It was surprising, but very appreciated. I highly recommend Davis and Anthony for pedicures. They are personal, experienced, and friendly they took their time and did a excellent job. The location itself is well equipped with staff, equipment, and anything needed for your salon experience. The one thing I noticed that did stick with me was there prices are a little bit more than the average. I usually pay $25 for a pedicure, but here I paid $28. If you're interested in this place it is located in the plaza where you can find old navy, Michael's etc it is right next to bath and body works.”
