Fun and challenging even for me (a hardcore daily practitioner), while at the same time really taking the time to break down postures for the not so experienced yogis. I was very impressed and that means alot

As a student and then teacher too I have always found that perfect balance of challenge and calm in this space lovingly held by Willow and the Sun Yoga community of yogis. Come join us!
(May 22, 2022, 5:55 pm)Willow's Yoga Nidra class was amazing! It allowed the body AND mind to rest. Quite an accomplishment, as my mind rarely shuts off. The studio and staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend Sun Yoga!!

Wonderful space and atmosphere. The teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming, and the owner Willow is the nicest human you'll ever meet.
Great variety of classes and convenient times for a diversity of schedules and levels.
My favorite place to practice in the Tampa Bay area.
