The kid’s program is incredible. The adult program leaves you without an excuse to train w everything from kickboxing, wrestling, juijitsu to yoga-every single day and night! But, the coaches are what make it and the really good people who show up everyday to roll. My young kids love it, my older kids love it, I love it. This isn’t even to gain a single stripe.
