“I got some great stuff. Here. I got some duck work. I got some duct tape. I also got some paneling board and I got hammer. And nails and wood. But the other things that I got were not as important as those. But the insulation and paint and tool selection is really great. The customer service is okay, but the checkout goes nice and quick and everything is very clean in the store. And they have restrooms and parking, which is a added benefit.”

“Desperate for housing, we reached out to Leslie (office Mgr.) and explained our situation. Later that afternoon Pat the owner of All Ready Property had reached out to offer us a rental. When we arrived we saw the manufactured home that would end up being our home. Pat and his crew were working hard on refurbishing and updating the place. Pat has good manners, professional skills and experience in remolding homes. We discussed the potential of the property and went over the terms. The following day, after making the deposit and filled out application, we received a phone call congratulating us on our new place! I feel a very warm welcome Both Leslie and Pat are really compassionate. If I understood correctly they manage close to 300 homes. I feel that this will be a great year in our new home.”

“To give you an idea of how great this office is, I drive from Manatee County to see Dr. Dowdy. Dr. Dowdy is very laid back and he really listens to my concerns. He gives honest feedback and doesn’t just give you the cookbook answer. I have always felt judged by other doctors but I don’t get that vibe from Dr. Dowdy. His staff is excellent as well. The office looks nothing like a doctors office. I wish my house looked that nice. Very calming and pleasant ambiance.”
