They did my alignment (checked first to make sure it needed it free of charge) and inspected the rear for damage.

Stopped by after getting a flat tire. They informed me my tire size wasn’t currently in stock but they had it delivered within two hours. Decided to get an alignment while I was there. Will was very helpful and did an amazing job at making sure it was all done in a timely manner-AND with the best price possible- so that I could enjoy the rest of my day off. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!

I was made to believe that I needed a tire, so I came to Firestone. They could have sold me a tire and I would have not known the difference. David assured me that they could not find any leak after testing the tire THREE times and there was no charge to me.

Here is the lead-up;
Had oil change at local Hyundai dealership. I came to dealership because when we bought the car new, they gave us half off oil changes for, I think the first two years. At cash out, they said I had a slow leak on left rear tire. They went on about where the leak was showing me a mechanic's short video of my car. They said the tire would have to be replaced and not repaired.
It was funny to me that there was no offer made to make that purchase, even though I would have bought a tire somewhere else due to dealership prices can be high.

How an a dealership let someone drive away with a leaking tire and not offer them the chance to replace it right there while it was up on the lift?

My family and I have been coming here since they opened excellent customer service! Yesterday I was in a pinch and needed a tire patched after work. Will and his crew squeezed me in last minute had me out of there in 1 hour. Thanks again Will if you’re reading.
