“Levi is my personal trainer and is an amazing instructor. He quickly determined my needs and goals and set out my personalized sessions. The vibration plate seems like an easy workout but believe me when I say it is NOT! The plate is truly helpful with clients who have not so great knee strength, such as my self. My sessions include a 45 minute workout with intervals of time on the plate along with coordinating exercises on a row machine for example or interval exercises off of the plate. My sessions are powered with moves that challenge me, this makes it a FUN workout as well.
