  Lobby is being renovated - I will ignore for this review except to mention there is a Starbucks on the first floor which is open. My room, a single King, was on the 9th floor and was newly renovated.
  
  Location had easy highway access and is centrally located in Overland Park. There's plenty of on-site, flat lot parking. The parking has a key-controlled gate but the gates are not currently in service, possibly due to ongoing renovations.
  
  The room decor is very much a boutique hotel style with unique wallpaper intended to reflect Kansas agriculture and a very mid-century modern aesthetic. The blue chaise is striking but the color and fabric reveal hair and fibers if not cleaned thoroughly. I appreciated the USB fixtures beneath the lamps - plenty of chargers for all your needs.
  
  The TV can be controlled with your phone after scanning a QR code - nifty, but I didn't find it preferable to using the physical remote.
  
  The bed is pretty firm but not uncomfortable and the linens were befitting a hotel in this category.
  
  I don't know if all of their showers are like this or if I had an accessible room, but I thought the accessible features were actually very nice looking. I also liked having a wand along with the rainfall showerhead.
  
  There were fairly large foods crumbs on the floor upon my entry - this oversight in room cleaning is one of three reasons for my 4-star rating.
  
  The towels, compared to the bed linens, are substandard. The size is fine but they're not very soft. I may be pickier than most, but when the hotel's towels are significantly worse than my own, I notice it.
  
  The last (and most significant) reason is the constant cycling of the A/C. It was in the 60's overnight outside during my stay and the thermostat was set to 68'. All night, it would cycle on and off in short bursts (1-2 minutes) and is rather loud. This constant cycling made it quite difficult to fall asleep both nights of my stay.

  Had a great stay with my family. The location is great and the new renovated guestrooms are super nice. The double rooms have two King Beds!! I'll be back.

  Friendly staff. Safe area. The room looked and smelled brand new. It was VERY clean. We were on the top floor and had a very nice view. The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of USB ports available bedside to charge phones. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and those employees were very nice as well.The hotel is under construction but we did not hear any construction. This was either because we were on the top floor or maybe the crew wasn’t working over the weekend. We were there Friday and Saturday night. There is a charge for breakfast but I think there should be a free breakfast. We did not choose to pay for breakfast at a hotel when there are wonderful options at nearby restaurants. The only annoying thing was that the room service seemed very anxious to get into the room before checkout at 12, so we felt like we had to hurry out.

  Very nice hotel. Great amenities, comfortable accommodation, and excellent location. My only complaint is the lack of free parking. You are already paying an exorbitant price for the room (110-150) and they have the gall to charge $10 a night for parking. It would be a 5 star if not for that.

  Always have great items with even greater prices!! Will be going back very soon. Employees very helpful. Store is very clean and organized.

  In very few words, SO many brand name clothes with very deep discounts! All merchandise has a 15% discount on top of any othet discount! This extra discount applies on Fridays for the 'under 50' crowd and on Mondays is for the 'over 50' This is not to say there may not be other promotions, is just the ones I am aware of. This place is very well stocked and pretty organized, in my opinion.
