โI have been training one on one with Claire for 3 months. Not only have I lost weight, but my body has become stronger and leaner thanks to her variety of exercises that she has me complete each session. Claire has a positive, energetic and upbeat personality that makes you want to work out to the best of your ability every time you are with her. I love her private gym, it is spotless and I feel very safe when I am there. Claire has a great array of music to keep you motivated and the time passes very quickly. I would recommend Claire to anyone regardless of whether they are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete. Her expertise and attention to you while you are with her is spot on.
