Ruskin Inn Tampa - Sun City Center

Very Friendly staff and very clean and cleaning ladies go above and beyond rooms appearance exceptional.We stayed in Room 108 and beautiful view of little lake and views from up North .I grew up in Jersey on a lake and I enjoyed this room

It is friendly, they clean everyday. They have breakfast available and a mini laundry set AANNDDD a fitness center. This place is worth the 5 stars, for sure!

When I first started staying here I had a bad experience with one of the employees. She gave me a hard time about one of their policies, and I wasn't pleased with how she handled herself. But other than that, the place is clean, quiet, and the manager is a reasonable dude that took the time to explain something to me that I questioned. So instead of one star, I give them four. There is room for improvement, but they don't have far to go to get that fifth star.

The room is clean, the shower was wonderful, the desk clerk was friendly and polite, the AC was cold, and there's breakfast in the morning (I haven't gotten that far yet). That's all I ask for in a hotel when I'm on the road. No complaints here! :)
