“Last year mother-in-law got new hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. While I was visiting her on Friday, she complained that she could not hear. We called Tracy, the hearing aid specialist and she said to come right over. Mom had ear wax build up, which was blocking sounds. Tracy not only cleaned the hearing aids, but treated Mom as if she was their only customer. Dignity, respect and kindness seem to be a fading memory in the world of customer service, but NOT at Miracle-Ear! Tracy is the most authentic and compassionate individual I have met. I am so glad they are taking such great care of their patients. I highly recommend!”
