Country Run Park

A good little park for families in the nearby apartments or housing neighborhoods. We used to bring kids here when I worked at a summer camp program. There is a trail for walking that splits a couple ways, picnic tables for eating, and benches for resting. A swing-set and jungle gym for kids to play on, an open area for playing frisbee or perhaps having a game of soccer with friends, and a basketball court with 4 hoops. Occasionally you'll see organized games on the courts.

Plenty of shade thanks to the trees, in addition to the shaded building with extra tables. The maintenance is decent, could be a little better. Occasionally all bathrooms are completely inaccessible during hours of operation with no signs or explanation.

I shot 11 hoops (my lucky #) and hid a geocache. Had so much fun just mellowing with 👪.
