Journey USA RV Rentals

So, we didn't actually take our trip in the RV. We had it reserved and Hurrican Ian had it canceled. Luckily, we purchased the trip insurance with I highly recommend. As you know, insurance claims go by the way of deny and delay. Charles communicated with the insurance company several times on our behalf. If he didn't, I am not sure that we would have received our refund. Thanks, Charles, so much for your assistance in this matter! You made the difference, and you had our back!!

The Staff was very helpful when I needed some assistance with my RV and trucks.

They provided services such as connecting and disconnecting the battery to my truck and pressure washing my Rig. This allowed me to sustain the preservation of my stored items.

We had an amazing road trip thanks to excellent customer service! The Journey RV team was there for us the whole way and helped us work through some mechanical water pump/generator issues that popped up on our rig. They even had a mobile mechanic meet us at our destination to fix the issues. Highly recommend! We would definitely rent from Journey again.
