Fantastic training session with owner Mark Misner. While I have exercised for many years using Yoga and Pilates as my platforms, going to a gym was new and intimidating. Mark explained the machines in simple remedial terms to me which I asked for , he was patient yet also knew where and when to challenge me. Mark’s ability to read what I needed was impressive. He heard my concerns of my trouble areas and had an outstanding ability to create a unique program for my needs. Mark is a trainer that is responsive , challenging, organized, on time and generally a fantastic guy. You are lucky if you get in sessions with this trainer. He knows what he is doing. Thanks Mark!
I started personal training with Grace and am loving it so far! She’s direct, knowledgeable; professional and gets you in and out for your workout. She can gage where your at well so the workout is challenging yet it is not overwhelming.
The facility is clean and you get your personal gym room so it’s truly a one on one PT session.
Defiantly recommend signing up with a Grace and not to mention great pricing!
Really fair pricing for personal training which makes it accessible. Wish we started 6 months ago. Our trainer Brent is giving us the exact workout we need. We appreciate the meathead free environment. If you're looking for a sexy crossfit type gym, this is not your spot. If you're in need of friendly assistance getting your body in better shape at a very reasonable price then check them out.
Best personal trainers I have worked with in staying fit for my whole life! They have private fully equipped rooms with no looky loos hanging around. Mark Misner and his staff is why I still surf 🏄🏿 and scuba dive after all these many years. Stay away from the big box chain facilities! No consistency and inadequate training about. I spend my time and money on this one of a kind facility not found anywhere else!
