“Jeff Soyka just completed a renovation of our kitchen and 2 baths and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jeff and Eric were meticulous with everything from setting up to cleaning up and their work was outstanding. They were punctual, neat, clean, polite and overall a pleasure to have working in our home. We had heard horror stories about contractors not showing up or being several hours late. We always knew when to expect them and what they planned to do that day. There was one small delay (through no fault of theirs), necessitating ordering of additional tile. They expected to finish on 4/12 and knew how important Easter dinner was to me. They came back on Saturday to finish so it was complete for Easter. Nicer guys you won't find and better workmanship and honesty doesn't exist. Thanks”

“My children brought me to Mitmita for Father’s Day, and I must say, it has become my most memorable Father’s Day to date. We were greeted by the most wonderful host upon entering. The woman who took care of us treated us like a dinner guest in her home. The food was amazing! All three of my children (older teenagers) loved the food, and experience partaking in it, as much as I did. I allowed one of my sons to order for us as he had visited Mitmita previously. He ordered us beef (raw), chicken and lamb dishes. It was served on a communal plate. This was the first time I have ever had Ethiopian food, so I can’t attest to its authenticity. Here is what I can say: The experience seemed steeped in culinary tradition that is unlike any I have participated in before. That said, our hosts seemed as though they were providing a culinary experience that was true to their Ethiopian culture. Overall, we felt like honored guests, not patrons, and were served amazing food! We drove 45 minutes to visit Mitmita; it was well worth the drive and we will do it again. Thank you to our gracious hosts for making this year’s Father’s Day most memorable!”
