(August 4, 2018, 12:24 pm)I have lived here for 5 years and will be renewing my lease in November, 2018. The property is clean and well-managed with on-site management and maintenance. The property manager, Rhonda, is polite, respectful, and genuinely cares about her tenants. Any time I've needed an appliance replaced or have needed maintenance done, I am provided service within 24 hours of the request. Everyone who rents here undergoes a thorough background check, which allows for a safe living experience. I highly recommend The Woodlands on Clay!
