“For 25 years I've shopped and or paid my utility bills at West Shore Pharmcy and never had a bad encounter. I consider myself to be the one that would get a "nasty" staffer because I'm not one of them BUT NEVER. Yesterday after not been in the store for over 2 years, I went to pay my TECO bill and the TECO system was down, Kevin said "I'll hold on to the payment until their system is back up, process it, and lay aside the receipt for you." He did just that and for that I am thankful.”
