“I had a wonderful experience at MF on S Dale Mabry. David initially greeted me, and I expressed to him what kind of mattress I was looking for. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. As more customers came in, Rachael began helping me make a decision. She was knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was having a pleasant shopping experience, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. I spent at least two hours in the store, and both Rachael and David couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant the entire time. They even gave me a balloon for my birthday (cheesy, but showed the dedication to their job and customers to have a pleasant shopping experience). I will continue to refer my family and friends, and personally shop with them in the future.”
