“This is the best training facility!!! Nina is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, not only in fitness, but overall healthy lifestyle, food, how to deal with stress. I have been going to 4U Fitness for a month, and I already see and feel a change which makes me even more motivated! The EMS sessions are the best. After 30 minutes I feel like I ran 20 miles, or have been at the gym for 2 hours. I feel exhausted and energized at the same time. If you want faster results try EMS sessions!
