Western Electrical Service

We were to be leaving out of state last Saturday realized our thermostat wasn't working. Called Western Electrical Service came promptly and quickly diagnosis faulty wiring on air exchanger switch crackling and smoldering. He quickly got a new switch properly wired and hooked it up and short and problem solved!!! Thanks Fred for being so knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in our time of need!

Fred did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and friendly and came the same day we called. I think I called a dozen electricians trying to find someone willing to come the same day because we needed an emergency repair. I don't fault other companies for being booked and not being able to come the same day, but I do know Western Electrical Service seemed to really make an extra effort to squeeze us in.

Fred came quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in short order, They obviously know what they are doing. Their service exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, knowledgeable, proficient, and skilled electricians. I could not be happier and will ask for Western Electrical Service again if I have a need. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend their services without reservation.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with a contractor of any kind. Very responsive to the tight timeline I needed to get the work done — they shuffled their schedule around to make it happen quickly. The electrician did an excellent job for us and ultimately reduced the scope of work (and cost) significantly after inspecting our existing breaker panel and determining that he could repair it rather than the replacement that we had assumed was needed. The honesty and transparency was refreshing and very much appreciated. Excellent experience with these guys.

Fred and his team came to replace our panel and reground our house. The whole time they were very polite and professional even to each other. They also gave me the best quote for the work. He was also was very knowledgeable about other local businesses that could help us as new homeowners. He was also very familiar with code requirements and all their team members are up to date on necessary regulations. I will definitely be calling Western Electrical Service again if I ever need electric done on our house.
