Took a minute for staff to greet us, but I can tell they were busy as I saw a line in front. I will definitely come back when I travel to Florida. I wasn't able to get her name, but I'd like to give a shout out to your wonderful hostess for being a wonderful soul! “Totally unbiased review here. You walk in. You quickly realize that you have no obligation to purchase anything at all. One could say that..oh.. it is not your DUTY whatsoever! Now, I don't fancy myself an expert on nomenclature or etymology, but I do see why this particular shop calls themselves "duty free". Was not pressured by any employee to make a purchase, and because of that, practically gave them a third of my vacation money within minutes of arriving to Tampa for my family trip. They weren't thrilled but what can I say? It felt like my civil "duty". 5 stars for this shop. Would give them 6 if I could!”
