(July 19, 2023, 12:54 pm)I have to say this was a great experience for us, we made it to the door exactly at 12p on Saturday and was welcomed by Alexis who stayed 30-40 min over her closing time to help us get into a rental for our weekend in Tampa. We had some issues with communication but that was with the call representatives and had nothing to do with local site. There was some confusion with our return time but the branch manager Marissa was very understanding and helped to resolve the issue. When we returned the vehicle we met Kaitlyn who wanted to make sure that we left being satisfied with everything and definitely made sure things were right. Marissa, Alexis and Kaitlin went above and beyond to offer us exceptional service!
