Shingle Masters Roofing installed a new roof for us in 2016. We were very
happy with the quality of the roof and the level of customer service we received. From start to finish they kept us informed of the progress, returned calls promptly and answered all of our questions. We got several estimates and they really impressed us with their presentation. Recently we had issues with raccoons attempting to get into our attic through flashing on one of the roof's peaks. This issue had nothing to do with the roof installation but I contacted Shingle Masters in the hope that they could come up with a solution to remedy the problem. One of their reps, Todd Fries, came out and climbed up on the roof to evaluate the problem. After he did, he told me that the they could make the area raccoon proof. When I asked what the cost would be, to my surprise, he stated that, since we were an existing customer, they would make the repair without charge. This is unbelievable customer service. In this day and age, who does that!? I can't recommend Shingle Masters Roofing highly enough!

Shingle Masters exceeded expectations. The work was done on time and was excellent. The crew worked quickly and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. They delivered on everything that was promised. Todd was also professional and provided addresses for us to look at completed work so we could ensure the color was correct. Thanks to Todd we selected Shingle Masters for our new roof and will be contacting him in a couple of years for a roof on another property. We will definitely recommend Shingle Masters!

Shingle Masters was extremely professional throughout the whole process from providing an estimate through installation and post inspection. Brock was very responsive and delivered everything that we discussed. I was very happy with the quality of the work and would strongly recommend them.

Excellent Service ! Todd Fries was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail the whole process from beginning to end. Even though the weather did not cooperate, I was still very satisfied with the timeline in replacing the roof and installing the new gutter system. They kept me informed of any issues during the process. The whole crew did an amazing job ,l leaving no mess behind them. I highly recommend them!!!!

Todd Fries was a fantastic rep for Shingle Masters. He thoroughly explained their whole process, was punctual with being on time for the original estimate, followed up with us up to signing the deal, and continued to follow up after the job was done.
The craftsmanship by the roofers, themselves, was impeccable. Showing up so early the day of the re-roof and somehow managing to finish it in ONE DAY was remarkable. Cannot recommend Shingle Masters enough. Surpassed all of our expectations!!
