“Shingle Masters Roofing installed a new roof for us in 2016. We were very happy with the quality of the roof and the level of customer service we received. From start to finish they kept us informed of the progress, returned calls promptly and answered all of our questions. We got several estimates and they really impressed us with their presentation. Recently we had issues with raccoons attempting to get into our attic through flashing on one of the roof's peaks. This issue had nothing to do with the roof installation but I contacted Shingle Masters in the hope that they could come up with a solution to remedy the problem. One of their reps, Todd Fries, came out and climbed up on the roof to evaluate the problem. After he did, he told me that the they could make the area raccoon proof. When I asked what the cost would be, to my surprise, he stated that, since we were an existing customer, they would make the repair without charge. This is unbelievable customer service. In this day and age, who does that!? I can't recommend Shingle Masters Roofing highly enough!”
