“I see a lot of bad comments on this business, so I'd like to take time to write about my experiences with this company. The application process was explained to me very thoroughly from the Valrico office property manager. The process was very simple, the application fee was only $30.00 per adult. Pricing for the homes can be found on craigslist which is helpful because the pricing for the home isn't given until the day of the application. With the recent price increase in rentals in the area, they still have affordable pricing. I found out that I was approved, the property manager put together a quote for me and my move in quote was EXTREMELY affordable. I got a move in quote from invitation homes and it was well over $7,000 to move in, as to where it was only just over $2,000 to move in here! My home was move in ready and Victoria made sure my transition into my new home was smooth! People hardly write good reviews so I feel compelled to put this information out there. They have been extremely professional in my experience and if you have time to chat with members of the community you will find everyone here loves their home and property manager on site! I would definitely recommend Homes of America for your next rental. Especially if you are on a budget!!!”

“This is the BEST workout, and I love how the kids get to play with each other while we work out and don’t have to stay in the stroller! I have developed such great friendships with the other moms who work out, and my kids have formed bonds with other kiddos, too! It’s particularly great in the summertime when the kids are out of school to be able to bring them all with me. There are fun Moms Nights Out for the mamas, and fun activities each month for the kiddos too! The instructors are AMAZING. Amanda, Jess, Alicia — they keep you moving and give off such positive vibes! Can’t say enough good about iStroll Brandon! Oh, and Dads are also welcome! My husband sometimes takes our kids and he thinks it’s a great workout too!”

“If your in need of some back pain relief or migraine relief this is definitely a place to check out! From the moment I walked in the doors the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The place is really clean and seems to be sanitary. I have already had two appointments. The Dr is very compassionate and caring. He listens to your concerns and does his own exam including X-rays which he goes over in detail with you. So far I am impressed by this place, also the massage chair and cooling down area is a nice touch 👍😁 Price is affordable Just a heads up there is heavy construction going on in front of the building be careful when you enter.”

“First time back since its re-opening. Food was still pretty good. We had perogies, beer battered fish with tots, fries, and coleslaw. I will say that the onions on the perogies could have been cooked/grilled quite a bit longer. Macaroni salad was mistakenly put on the fish plate so we got to taste it. It's actually pretty good. We also ordered lemon pepper chicken wings (not pictured) and fried fish nuggets (not pictured). Our service was good.”
