“ill keep this short and sweet as i dont think he is still refinishing firearms. ive known and dealt with Lee for probably a decade and have had the pleasure of getting to know him. As a person, he is 100% solid guy and great person. As an armorer/refinisher, it doesnt get any better. Weve done MANY projects and everyone ihas exceeded expectations. he has mastered his craft and is a total perfectionist and will not deliver a project until it meets his rigorous standards. You generally would pay more for his quality of workmanship but his prices are very fair, especially if you know the amount of work things like Cerakote require. The only downside is that hes just 1 man and he does everything himself so there is sometimes a waiting list. The quality of his work is well known in the industry so expect a waiting list. Those who know take their projects to him because its well worth the wait. so much for being short, but i cant say enough about his skill and this is coming from another person in the field.”

We moved here last year and after being disappointed with a few other Chinese restaraunts around the area, we gave Robongi a try and I can not rave about this place enough. Fantastic service, very friendly staff, and the food was fresh and super fast. We ordered General Tso Chicken, vegetable Lo Mein, and beef and broccoli. All three were amazing. The vegetables were fresh, the rice was awesome, and the portions were very generous. We will definitely be becoming regulars here. 10/10.”

“Words can't describe how amazing the Owner of Modern-Memories LLC is. We had an idea for a shadow box and he made it 1000 x's better with his ideas. Sean was dedicated to make sure my brother had the best shadow box ever and added so many extra touches. He knew my brother loves cigars and actually added a humidor to the box. I can go on and on about how lucky I am that I found Modern-Memories, but you need to see for yourself. We don't live in Florida but we flew out for my brothers retirement and every step of the way Sean made sure he kept us stress free, his customer service is top notch and his ideas are impeccable. “I had my first appointment today and had a great experience! I’m coming back for some allergy testing so I’ll be sure to update my review but over all- everyone was super nice! Had a long wait but that’s kind of a given at doctor offices. The only thing they could improve on is the cleanliness of the exam rooms. The base boards need a good cleaning and paint was chipping off the walls, yes I really look at that stuff. Lol the waiting room was clean though and there was hand sanitizer everywhere which is great! My doctor was awesome, so glad I found her. I would recommend this place. It’s def. outdated in the decor aspect but the doctors seem great here.”
