Great people and customer service

This is a lawnmower and small engine repair shop for human beings.
I recently dropped off a zero turn and a chainsaw that, I picked up at an estate sale. Although, both were in barely used condition, neither would staying running after starting. I told the young lady working parts counter about my issues. She was both knowledgeable and down-to-earth. They had me up and running in what seemed like no time.
Here's the part where the human to human relationship gets established.
Once, the weekend came and I was about put both of these bad babies to work, I absentmindedly used bad gas to fill both. Needlessly to say, I was right back at M & C dropping both pieces off.
The parts lady assured me that things like this could happen to anyone. Her kindness was powerful but, not powerful enough to hide my bashful embarrassment. I joked about it with the older gentleman. Jokingly, he reminded me that "small engines run off gas not trash."
The atmosphere was down-to-earth, yhe prices were better than most local shops and I was well pleased with both of my visits. They gained another loyal customer in me at M & C.
