I knew the labor cost before hand and the approximate parts cost. It was half the price of the dealership for a quick job. Reminder and confirmation texts were sent and the final price was exactly what he said. Plus he didn't try to scam me thinking I didn't know what I was talking about. We have spent years and a lot of money looking for the right shop and now we that have Fleet truck Services we stopped looking. The service all of our vehicles which range from limos, sprinter, shuttle buses ,school buses it nice to have one shop for all. Good Family business they treat you like family and are very fair priced. We had a bus break down on a friday afternoon 5 pm outside of Jacksonville (200 miles away from his shop). I called Charlie to see if he knew anyone in the area he told me he would call me back. Ten minutes later he told me that Tim and Ron where getting some things together and would be heading out shortly, they drove 6 hours fixed the bus and saved the day. I can't think of any other company that would have done this. Thanks again Charlie and Tim. Highly recommend them”

“I have yet to be dissapointed by this particular Auto Zone. "Christine" helped me during in January with my wipers and recently it was Nate. I trouble replacing my particular cars front lights and he helped me through it all. First it was identifying the correct bulbs then assuring I had everything necessary. He even held the door open for me and my kid to get out of the sun. We resolved the issue quickly while also saving parts.”
