Falesha Who works at the front desk is incredibly responsive, great at communication, and is on top of absolutely everything. Gary worked on my Cadillac and although the parts might have taken some to come in due to reasons out of their control, they never failed to keep me in the loop and get the job done as soon as they had all of the materials they needed. After getting my car back I had to bring it in a day later to replace the starter (again out of their control as I went for a different service the first time) and they were able to get my car in the same day and work on it within the same hour and they were nothing but generous and helpful. Rytlewski Auto is Very trustworthy, honest, and hard-working. I highly recommend them to anyone nearby!”

“Josh and John (who was a sub) were amazing. I had just gotten my replaced at another store, but when I was driving the car felt wobbly. The store I had originally taken my car to was closed, so I stopped into Tire Choice. They got me in quickly given it was a busy day, even though I was likely not a priority . They were able to test the tightness of my lug nuts and found that two of them were cross-threaded. Instead of trying to fix it themselves and potentially breaking a lug nut, an expensive repair, they gave me their professional opinion to get the problem fixed with the original shop since they were responsible for the issue. Very grateful for their help. Definitely reccomend!”

“This is one of the few places left that will plug tires. I picked up a screw in the tread of my tire. Three different tire stores told me they couldn't patch the tire, but would gladly sell me a new tire. My tire had less than 12,000 miles on it. Brothers Tire plugged my tire & remounted it on my car in less than 15 minutes. Cost: $20.00. This place is worth knowing about. Friendly & efficient people.”
