“The guys at Ideal RV's had a camper listed for sale and I took a leap of faith driving 4 hours to see it. They ensured me they would hold and and prep the camper for my viewing. This was not a high dollar purchase and they met me at 5pm. I took about an hour to look it over and we agreed on a sale. By this time my wife and 1yr old were exhausted. They treated us like family and amusingly entertained our child while completing the paperwork and preparing the camper to travel. These guys stayed extremely busy handling all aspects of the process as a small family business so I can see some of the perspective of the negative reviews, but I would work with these guys again and just cut them some slack.”

“Very friendly and honest people. Salesman was Derek and he was awesome. Not your typical pushy car salesman. Took his time and was willing to show my wife and I every vehicle we wanted to see. Ended up with a new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and a new Dodge Ram Bighorn. Went through both vehicles very thoroughly and paired our phones and made sure we understood every thing in the new vehicles. Brandon the sales manager was very thorough as well. Helped us trade in 3 vehicles to get 2 new ones and reduce total car payment. He was also the one that did all the sale paperwork and explained which each piece was. Made us feel like they appreciated our business. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go here and for Derek. Will be back when we’re ready to trade up again.”
