“Dr Orbogozo is great and his new PA is PHENOMENAL (I can’t remember her name). She is so patient and never makes me feel rushed. She’s always in good spirits and I leave in a better mood than I came in with. The only issue I have and my reason for 4 stars is this office’s answering service. Don’t expect to EVER get anything done or anywhere period when you call in for anything other than scheduling an appointment and even then, sometimes there’s issues. The call center give zero craps about their jobs and/or customer service. But don’t let that issue take away from how great Dr. Orbogozo is. If you’re going to see any doctor within the practice, I highly recommend him. He sees patients at the Westchase location as well as Fletcher (there may be other locations I’m not aware of).”
