“After spending the day at Busch Gardens on Mothers Day, we stopped at Pollo Tropical at 5101 East Temple Terrace around 7 PM. Although they were busy, especially at the drive through, a very tall gentleman noticed us immediately and dropped what he was doing to take our order. We weren’t sure what we wanted but he gave us a couple of suggestions. Another gentleman behind the counter gave us a couple of sample dishes to take home - with a big friendly smile. Our food was tasty and hot. We were very grateful for the top notch food, friendly environment and great service! Thank you for a great experience. Wish we had saved the receipt so I could be more specific. We spent about $26 or $27 and got two 1/4 chicken meals with lemonade. Thanks again!”

“For the lunch we were looking to order through door-dash. I opened the app and found that QDOBA allows order through door-dash so we decided to order from QDOBA. After browsing through the menu we ordered Citrus Lime Chicken Salad, Guacamole and Chicken Protein Bowl. Through doordash we got the order in 30 minutes. The bowls were made of fresh ingredients with healthy stuff. We loved our bowls as the quantity was enough for one and made us full. Loved the food from QDOBA.”

But if you've got a handicap, I suggest you take it to go. It's rocks and dirt at the area where the tables are and to get a walker through there is hard.”

The front of the store is just kind of a disaster with minimal seating/tables. Kind of a dirty mess with a bunch of advertisement flyers everywhere. Just seems like the owner need to put a little more care into their business. No menu on google. No website. Minimal social media. Customer service is also nonexistent. When I asked if there was a menu, I got a dirty look and was just told “no” and stared at. Message to the owner: Put in a little effort and your business will probably do a lot better.”

You literally can’t go wrong. I highly recommend this place. Just be mindful they aren’t open late and close early. “Went in to get my daughter a happy meal and right before walking i saw a posted note, "only accepting cash due to national coin shortage" went in and ask if the note was still valid and was told yes by one of the crew who seemed to be a manager. After walking out the same gentleman came and got me and offered my daughter a happy meal and also provided me a drink. Very outstanding crew and high five 👏 for the great deeds they do on a daily basis. That's my favorite restaurant from now on. This kind of act will never be forgotten.”

“Party of 9 aye here 7/6/22. First time here, was recommended by a friend. Wasn’t badly busy for a 4th July weekend. We came here around 11:30/ noon. The food was delicious and well prepared. It’s a buffet style southern restaurant. The strawberry shortcake was amazing. You can’t go to plant city and not get strawberry’s. After all it’s the capitol of the world for them. Your party’s can’t be seated until all members have arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive. Never had empty glasses. The bathrooms were clean and not sticky. Somehow awkward with how the doors worked. Nothing degrading point value. Never had fried catfish before, this did not disappoint! Would have it again anytime from here. You pay at front, plenty if seating. Had toothpicks at counter. Everything runs smooth and takes germ precautions well with gloves, sanitizer, and spoons. The parking spaces can be a bit small and hard to find. Well worth circling the lot a few times. Hope to return soon.”

“Great company! We developed a leak on a new home after ten years on and origional shingle roof.George the owner was a processional of 33 years experiemce and came out and accessed the situation. He tested everthimg with infered for water damage. Went into the attic as well and took pictures and documented everything showing us a few rusty nails that were the culprit. He then went out to the roof to inspect the area and took more photos showing where the water was getting in. He then explained the proceedure to how he would fix the issue & cost and also asked if we prefferred to do it ourselves. We of coarse preferred his services and warrenty. All and all great professionalism and honest company! He even checked the remainder of the roof for any issues.Would use them again for sure.George even gave me some free caulk to fix a window trim he saw before he left!! A true gentlemen! And a great company! Call them today! You wont be dissapointed!”
