“The last year we lived in Tampa, we moved our daughter from public school to Elite Scholar Academy for 3rd grade. It was a great experience -- she really excelled that year. She learned to write in cursive, gained a love for reading, actually had regular spelling tests (yes!), and in general, just improved significantly all the way around. She is now in 6th grade and excelling; I'm not sure that would be the case if it hadn't been for Elite Scholar Academy. John and his wife Kimberly were wonderful to work with and really focused on ensuring our daughter mastered the basics, helped us hold her accountable, and helped her build good habits -- something the local public school system had failed to do. I recommend Elite Scholar Academy to everyone -- small class, excellent learning environment, and just a great environment for our daughter in general. “The school is neatly organized. The administration, staff and faculty is great. Most teachers are very helpful and respectful to the students. Many teachers are experienced and deal well with students' shenanigans. Great choice of clubs (ENGINEERING CLUB IS THE BEST). The sports may be lagging behind some others, and the arts may be better in other schools, but this school is very well rounded, and the large student population is multicultural and interesting. Great school. This is made by a previous A student. Judge how you must, but remember that sometimes, it is not the school's fault that the student makes bad decisions in choice of friends and passtime.”

I have been here for two years, and have grown a large bond with the school, and the staff. They are non stop workers, and are dedicated to making your child smarter, not how to take a test. I have had great experiences with both, Barrington and Stowers, the principals are absolutely amazi,g people. The assistant principals are also unbelievably amazing. True gift with students. “I took the TESOL Advanced and for Children courses and I am very pleased with my experience. It was very convenient for me as I could work on the courses at my own pace. I also really liked the quick responses from my teachers and the director, Jonathan Lazarus. In fact, when I received my first certificate, it came in the mail bent. I requested the next certificate be sent with cardboard protection and to my surprise, I received a new copy of my certificate that was bent. What a kind gesture by the company! Currently, I work in Japan on the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program and in large part to getting my TESOL certifications. I highly recommend this course for people who want to learn more about teaching English as a second language.”

“THE BEST SCHOOL EVER! As parents we always want to make the right decision for our children, and we are so grateful to have chosen Bloomingdale Children's House. Our son attended this school from his early 2 to almost 6 years of age. He started with Ms. Juliette's class, then moved on to Ms. Terjiana's class and then to Mr. Tim's class. Each year has been such an enriching year for our son. The school provided an extremely strong academic foundation to our son. Along with academics, they taught him good discipline, manners and etiquettes. They taught him to love and be respectful towards animals. Our son enjoyed the extracurricular activities that he had in the school like music class, gardening, art and crafts, knit loom scarf and blanket, story-time, reading in the library. They made gingerbread houses during Christmas and the teachers organize a great Christmas program every year. The class sizes are smaller and hence the teachers provide 1:1 attention to the students and they make sure that each student is challenged well according to their potential. The teachers demonstrate the concepts by relating them to real life examples that makes it easy for the kids to understand making their learning so much fun. I highly recommend this school. Thank you, Bloomingdale Children's house, for shaping our son the way he is today, and we could not have done it without your incredible efforts.
