Haven't been to a KFC restaurant in over 20 years. Employees were friendly, a bit unorganized, but they just reopened, so that was expected, I'm sure it will get better. “I had a major flat tire 2/22/2022 in the morning while traveling to work in Tampa. I ran over a container of nails and after waiting on my road side assistance, I stopped in to get a used tire just so I could get back on the road to go to work. Everyone from the front desk woman to the mechanics was so stinking nice and after the morning I had, this type of hospitality was much needed!! I’m not an expert on car mechanics or tire stuff but the red headed bearded gentleman was kind enough to show me where on the tire I could look to see the size, he got me all fixed up and back on the road to work in two shakes of a lambs tail. I would recommend this wonderful, friendly, and economical tire shop everyday of the year!! They will treat you great with a big smile and a wave goodbye as you are all fixed up and not leaving broke! A huge thank you to this little tire shop!! Oh and they are located right across the way from the best sandwich shop ever too!! So while your waiting go to the strawberry hut and get you a Sammy and a shake ☺️”

“Ended up using this tow company when I got in an accident in tampa, the tow truck driver who I believe is the son of the owners offered to do body work that I needed due to the accident, it did take longer than expected but the price the charged me did seem reasonable considering what most auto body shops charge. I also brought down a parts vehicle and the used some of it to save me some money. So I'll say that while you shouldn't get the body work done it you're in a hurry I was happy with the end results and they could have screwed me but didn't and that's a lot to say now adays!”

“Brought in a pair of navy blue pants that had coffee spilled on them. Picked them up and they still had a strong coffee smell (obviously they had just pressed them and not cleaned them) brought back for a redo. Picked them up, same thing. Apparently if there are no obvious stains, they charge you for dry cleaning but don’t really do it. The employees are very nice but the actual service is sub par. I would like to amend my review. Not only did I receive a text and call concerning my feedback, they sent out a driver to pick up and return the pants. I feel like a valued customer. It’s easy to get great reviews when nothing goes wrong. It’s how you turn it around when something does go wrong. We are loyal lifetime clients now because of the extraordinary customer service.”

“OK from the beginning when I walked in the door to speak to Logan he was amazing I told him I was becoming a grandmother and wanted to have a baby shower at their location and he let me know everything was gonna be all right and that they got this and when my family got there it was so amazing they made us feel welcome and loved and took care of all the food and drinks.. and speaking of the food it was so good.. everyone said it was delicious definitely five star ⭐️ .. and they all went back for seconds and took the rest home and said they will be back.. although I had everything taken care of my mother-in-law appreciate Logan so much she wanted to give him an extra tip … when I tell you Logan was the best … he truly was in the staff was amazing to me this was one of my best experiences.. this year and I’m big on customer service and they outdid themselves .. they even let me come set up early and everyone loved everything..”
