“Effective, convenient independent pest control. Rick has been treating the perimeter outside my house every six months for over a decade. By taking his advice on cleaning products and clearing drains, we have not yet required an interior treatment, and on a few occasions he has come out to re-treat the outside between treatments at no cost. “Paula is amazing, She is very professional dedicated. After the treatment was done, she contacted me to follow up to check how I was feeling and recovering. Her spa is very clean and all the supplies are disposable. This part is very important to me. Paula wears a mask when she is treating customers and all the time. The spa is open only by appointments and is cleaned and sanitized before and after each customer. All the ladies do a great job. I will definitely go back soon.”

I met with Kelly to do my initial consultation. Jessica worked with me to come up with an amazing design for both rooms. Start to finish on the construction part, from demo to completion, doing both kitchen and bath at the same, time was 9 weeks. My project manager Carlos was the absolute best! He was attentive and organized and made sure that sure any questions/concerns I had were addressed immediately. He was always a text or phone call away. Shout outs to the subcontractors for excellent work - John & Dylan on electrical, Kenny & Frank on kitchen cabinets, Renaldo for the beautiful tile & backsplash work, Rick for the “punch work” at the end, and Tabitha for the final cleanup. “I see a lot of bad comments on this business, so I'd like to take time to write about my experiences with this company. The application process was explained to me very thoroughly from the Valrico office property manager. The process was very simple, the application fee was only $30.00 per adult. Pricing for the homes can be found on craigslist which is helpful because the pricing for the home isn't given until the day of the application. With the recent price increase in rentals in the area, they still have affordable pricing. I found out that I was approved, the property manager put together a quote for me and my move in quote was EXTREMELY affordable. I got a move in quote from invitation homes and it was well over $7,000 to move in, as to where it was only just over $2,000 to move in here! My home was move in ready and Victoria made sure my transition into my new home was smooth! People hardly write good reviews so I feel compelled to put this information out there. They have been extremely professional in my experience and if you have time to chat with members of the community you will find everyone here loves their home and property manager on site! I would definitely recommend Homes of America for your next rental. Especially if you are on a budget!!!”
