Great swimming and nature trails..snack shack and air compressor at day use area...get there early because it gets busy and bring snacks or food to cook on the grill.
Very quite an peaceful spring. Easy parking and easy access to areas you can enjoy the day. The water access is easy and best of all not over crowded. Divers and snorkels welcome. Only downfall is you have to leave your credentials at the gate to dive and at the end of the day tired divers forget... lol... new system would help... but other than that beautiful!
Camping spots are a good size. There is no power at the campsites. They have really nice bathrooms and showers. The spring is one of the best. Nice clear waters. The store has good hours and prices.
Amazing Nature park! It's good for relaxing and it has a river you can go to swim. Not gonna spoil for ya!
The springs here are absolutely beautiful! Crystal clear and a constant 72 degrees even on the hottest days. The crowds tend to be pretty bad during summer but the swimming area is large and there are plenty of picnic tables spread around the area. It never felt too crowded. There are canoe rentals here for relatively cheap but you will most likely have to have a vehicle to carry the canoe back from the take out... the current actually moves pretty swiftly due to amount of water being pushed out of spring. The restroom/changing areas were large and there is a shower to rinse off down by the spring. Plenty of parking but it can be a bit of a walk on a busy day... I suggest using the drop off zone if you have a lot of stuff.
