(March 5, 2019, 10:00 pm)I have been coming to One Yoga & Fitness for about 3 month (I’m a snow bird) and am so happy to have found this place. This is a first class studio!! I love this space – the instructors, classes, energy and atmosphere. There is something for everyone with great class schedules. The instructors totally love what they’re doing and it shows. They all make this a wonderful space with amazing energy. I love the TRX classes and I look forward to trying some of the other classes they offer. I would highly recommend One Yoga & Fitness. The staff really cares about your progress and take extra steps so you can succeed. I recommend taking all different courses. Please stop by and try, its really worth it!

The Yoga and TRX classes are truly phenomenal! All instructors are superior. Excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy better health while having fun!
(November 2, 2018, 4:07 pm)One Yoga and Fitness has so many fun classes for beginners to experienced Yogis. My favorite is the Soulful Sunday which starts with a life theme and Yoga flow for all levels.
(February 28, 2018, 5:08 pm)I always leave One Yoga & Fitness feeling taller, stronger, more centered, and peaceful. It's always a treat to myself to join them for anyone of their many different classes and/or special events they offer. I've seen them grow into larger and larger spaces and yet they keep that intimate feeling. From the owner to all the instructors they get to know your name, and really work with you and what works best for you. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are the best in the area.
