I personally prefer not to buy used vehicles from small dealerships because of previous bad experiences, but I decided to go see a vehicle at Dynamic Exclusive Auto Sales.
Ashley and her husband were amazing. We scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle, and Ashley was waiting for me on time. We took the vehicle for a test drive and noticed that the AC was not working properly. Ashley promised to have the issue fixed before selling the vehicle to us. She was communicating with me constantly and let me know when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Their mechanic also noticed some issue with an axle, and they decided to change it for a new one.
The next day, Ashley agreed to meet us early in the morning because we had to go back to work, and she had all the paperwork and documents ready to be signed. The vehicle and paperwork were ready, and we were in and out within 15 minutes.
