“Bought a Chev 3500 with a refrigerated box from DTK Services. Made it down the road about an hour, engine shut down! Called them and they sent a technician and he was unable to fix, towed me to a parking lot that night then found me a hotel and supper. Next day the owner and technician came back with a diagnosis tool, found the problem and called a Chevy Dealership which had the part about half hour away found a canopy because it was raining about a inch an hour put the part in and I was on my way again 14hrs later… I would give these guys 10 stars if I could, they saved me tow truck charges, garage labor, and having the part cost & shipping. And taking the time finding me a place to stay overnight, they went over and beyond what a private party would have done I feel. When we start looking again for another refrigerated vehicle I won’t hesitate to call DTK Services in Deland Fl again!”

“I personally prefer not to buy used vehicles from small dealerships because of previous bad experiences, but I decided to go see a vehicle at Dynamic Exclusive Auto Sales. Ashley and her husband were amazing. We scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle, and Ashley was waiting for me on time. We took the vehicle for a test drive and noticed that the AC was not working properly. Ashley promised to have the issue fixed before selling the vehicle to us. She was communicating with me constantly and let me know when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Their mechanic also noticed some issue with an axle, and they decided to change it for a new one. However, the brakes were shot and I was unhappy. I called him and told him about the issue as he had said everything was good to go. We agreed upon a price for the brakes and he refunded me some money. The truck is a great truck, clean, and many pictures were taken.
