Bought a Chev 3500 with a refrigerated box from DTK Services. Made it down the road about an hour, engine shut down! Called them and they sent a technician and he was unable to fix, towed me to a parking lot that night then found me a hotel and supper. Next day the owner and technician came back with a diagnosis tool, found the problem and called a Chevy Dealership which had the part about half hour away found a canopy because it was raining about a inch an hour put the part in and I was on my way again 14hrs later…
I would give these guys 10 stars if I could, they saved me tow truck charges, garage labor, and having the part cost & shipping. And taking the time finding me a place to stay overnight, they went over and beyond what a private party would have done I feel. When we start looking again for another refrigerated vehicle I won’t hesitate to call DTK Services in Deland Fl again!
