Mohawk Surgery Center

I don't normally do reviews for this kind of thing, but had a good experience to share. Megan at reception was super helpful and friendly. Alexis was my pre-op nurse who took me up and got me settled. She was so patient with me and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand the process. Janelle and Luis were my nurses for the surgery and they helped me get ready, moved me to the surgery room, and administered the anesthesia. Fran was my post-op nurse who helped me when I woke up. She answered my questions and gave me my results. She helped me to the car and talked with me the whole time. I was one of her last ones for the day yet she was friendly and patient with me. I wasn't rushed. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the wait time before hand was way more than expected. My appointment time was 10:30am. I knew I wouldn't be called back quickly but, didn't expect to wait an entire hour in the lobby. I wasn't called up to the pre-op area until 11:30 and even then it was 1:00 before I was taken into surgery. While I don't think it was the fault of the nurses I worked with, I do think others should know when going here to expect long waits. I do recommend this location.

Such a great experience, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place.
