“The ENTIRE staff at the TREK store store has been more than wonderful and helpful and kind. I have physical limitations and they were able to help with bikes and the hitch! We are from NJ and they told us exactly what to do to get do to get the bike to them in a safe order and the put the bikes together and will ship them back up north after the tri-mar.
