“*UPDATE* My daughter just turned 9 and she is still going to South Lake Karate. She's very proud of being able to accomplish things that she didn't think she could, like breaking boards. Also, total skill she will always have: she can out push-up anyone! Her form is great and she puts all the boys to shame on her baseball team with her form and endurance! This is completely attributed to the exercises/warm-ups she's been doing for almost three years now.* Everyone is wonderful. Chad and all the teachers are excellent with the children. My daughter (6 years old) is so excited to be doing karate and she doesn't even realize how excited I am to see her learning better self-control/discipline! “We went to Guru around 5pm Friday. 2 people. It wasn't busy but got busy closer to 6pm. The service is excellent. The owner also came around twice to say hello. The food is very good and they accommodate you however spicy you want your dish. There's lots of choices on the menu to cater to vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. The prices may look a bit steep on the menu but the portions are big and we had leftovers for 2 more meal portions! so the prices are not bad at all. They do a great job in making you feel welcomed and satisfied. I will go again.”

“I have been coming to Clermont Workout since they opened. I have had quite a transformation and wish I had better after pictures. I love the circuit bootcamp class. I attend it 4 days a week. It is a 45 min class, even though it does not feel like 45 minute. Robin and Joseph are great at giving you the confidence you need to get started and keep going! The classes are modified for you, no matter who is there. You really feel like you are getting personalized training for a fraction of the price! I have also taken personal training and that is even better. If you need the motivation like I did, it is here.”

“These people are amazing with special needs children, they really care about you and your child as their own. I have a 10 year old daughter with cerebral palsy and epilepsy and she had brain surgery last year and lost a lot of her speech and mobility, but just after a few months back into therapy and she’s already making great progress. If your a overprotective mom Like me this is the place for your child, no doubt about it these women are totally committed to your child’s needs however minor or severe they may be. Thank goodness there is a place like this”
