The staff was always very welcoming and the home itself was beautiful with all the amenities needed. My kids felt right at home with the community. “We experienced a main water line break at our Kings Ridge Clermont, FL home in Jan 2018 probably due to the extreme cold weather. A neighbor passerby knocked on our door to advise us. I told him we were making snow. After assessing the situation and turning off the main supply at the street location, I called Scheck & Son at 8:40am and left a message regarding the dilemma. By 10:40am they had returned the call, arrived at our home, repaired the problem and departed. And all that on a Saturday. WE ARE IMPRESSED!!!”
