“I bought a bonsai seed kit at a store Eve's Garden supplies, and unfortunately discovered it didn't have any seeds in it. But I am sure that this was just a fluke because I called the customer service number found in the box and Brandi helped me get new seeds. Not only did she replace the red maple seeds I purchased, but she sent me two other varieties and a 10% off coupon!! She didn't even charge me for shipping even though I live across the country. Great customer service. I am truly impressed. Sadly, USPS damaged the package in the mail. But that isn't Eve's Gardens Fault. I'm sure most of the seeds are still sprout-able.”
